GN ReSound Surefit Open Domes Medium - Pack of 10

These are slightly thinner than my original ones. And I was rather sceptical as to whether they would last as well. I am being gentle with them when cleaning, for fear of tearing them. And as a result. I am pleased with them, as they are lasting well. They are a comfortable fit and compare well with original domes. I will buy more of these from here, when required.

I bought these to try in place of what came with my NHS aids - the problem with them was that they slid out too easily. The replacements are muchmore secure, as the geometry gives them a sort of wedging action. The plastic is very flexible where it needs to be so they are comfortable in use, and the wedging action is easily overcome when you mean to remove them.

These are excellent domes especially compared to t (NHS) double domes I had been issues with which were far too large and gave me serious ear ache. Although they are quite small they work perfectly and do not hurt my ears at all.

Have bought these on a number of occasions now - many people forget to change the domes on their hearing aids but it makes such a difference if you do. These packs of 10 just fit the bill perfectly to be able to regularly change your domes at little cost.

I ordered medium for my hearing aids but these must be classed as small.My wife is able to use these in her aids, so they won`t go to waste.I have ordered some large ones and hope they fit.

Well they're little bits of silicone that you shove in your ear so your hearing aid works! They work and cost less than half what it would have cost in my hearing aid shop. So pleased.

This is exactly what I needed, as the pair of domestic I had for the hearing aids was very soft and simply crumble away. Having a little package with brand new and fresh ones did miracles, as they 1: keeping each away from the way guards in order to keep the speaker clear sounding. 2: they keeps the hearing aids in a good and comfortable position in the ears. I can highly recommend having some extra, also very hygienic!

These are just as good as the originals but I was surprised they are black and not clear. Not that makes any difference once they are in your lugg hole but I was expecting clear one
