After 2 bouts with COVID back to back my hair started coming out all over. Seriously filled up hairbrushes. Luckily it’s thick. I started the biotin and within1 month or 2 it started growing back. I was exceptionally pleased with this product but you HAVE to take it every day!! I didn’t want to take any chances on all my hair falling out…Very easy to swallow capsules.
