Impressive packaging and overall product quality
Really impressed with the quality of these - I am usually quite nervous about ordering from sellers, but there was no need. This was dispatched and delivered within 3 days! Great for the gym, but also comes in a well presented box making it an excellent option for a Christmas present. Been using these for a couple weeks now and I've got to say I really enjoy using them. It's got everything I need to have a decent workout and the ankle straps and door anchor come in very handy tooI didn't really know what exercises to do to start with or whether I'd be able to get the benefit I wanted from these but I was wrong, they're a really fun way to exercise and I love the results I've seen already.It's good for when I'm on the move too as it fits easily in my travel bag so I would definitely recommend it as part of everyones workout kit!

Great value for money ! Got these for when I travel and they work great for on the go. You can easily get a good workout with these!! I use these everyday I'm at home too, really easy to use, I keep them handy and use them for a full work out or a quick 10 minutes, works great and I'm getting the results I was after too. Highly recommend!!

Best. Bands. Ever
Literally the best things ive ever bought! Bought them on a saturday and they came the next monday! Each strength exactly what it says on the box and ive never felt better after using them. They also have good endurance and strength! If there were more stars theyd be up on top. 12/10 must buy.

Para empezar....correcto
Para este precio, todo es adecuado. Las gomas hay que cuidarlas, pues son gomas elásticas huecas, sin protección de nylon o cualquier forro exterior. Cuidado con los cortes de las mismas con cualquier filo cortante. Es un equipo para hacer un poco de estiramientos, nada profesional. Pero los mangos son antideslizantes y parecen cómodos y los enganches de fácil uso, tipo llavero son metálicos y los accesorios para tobillo, parecen fuertes y el velcro también. Manual no trae, ni dirección web para descargarlo en pdf, toca buscar una tabla de ejercicios por Internet, mal menor, aunque los responsables deberían de cambiar la descripción del producto. En fin, una bolsa con autocierre para guardar el equipo que parece resistente y cumple. Bien, me reservo deciros su durabilidad cuando pase algún tiempo. Eso sí, siempre lo digo, se obtiene según se paga, y no se han de esperar milagros. Pero me los quedo para empezar, tampoco sabemos cuánto duran los arrebatos deportivos. Y por el precio, no se puede pedir un equipo profesional. Si os gusta el tema, siempre podéis comprar algo de más calidad,y más caro, claro está. Los recomiendo para un uso no demasiado intensivo.

Peccato solo per una cosa..
Buon prodotto.. Gli elastici sono di buona qualità. L'unica Pecca è che per lavorare con gli arti superiori va benissimo anche se un po' difficoltoso per alcuni esercizi in trazione, per gli arti inferiori invece quasi impossibile nonostante il pacchetto sia munito di cavigliere apposite. Questo è dovuto alla lunghezza forse troppo eccessiva degli elastici. Tuttosommato per il prezzo è un prodotto valido

questi elastici sono una forza non pensavo fossero così resistenti mi hanno sorpreso per meno di 20 euro mi posso allenare le braccia a casa ATTENZIONE! non sto dicendo che con questo non bisognare fare attività fisica cioè andare in palestra dico semplicemente che posso aiutare quella volta che si salta la palestra

RELACION CALIDAD PRECIO BUENA
Para alguien como yo que solo pretendo tonificar, la calidad es más que suficiente. No creo que sirva para un entrenamiento más duro e intenso. Se supone que viene con una guía de ejercicios, pero el mío no la traía.

En mi caso, no trae guía de ejercicios, una pena.Por lo demás parece buen material. La combinación de las cinco bandas no dificulta su uso. Merece la pena.
