It's a good product. Just takes too long to receive.
Our grandson loves the barley boiled to a liquid.I was worried about running low so ordered more but they couldn't deliver for 6 days.So I had to order from another vendor whose product was organic, FAST turnaround,(one day) and for less money.I checked Clearcreek's shipping status and it indicated that they hadn't even started. But then CLEAR CREEK posted some silly thing about they can't return because of product freshness. It is grain.Think about it.

High quality barley from the Pacific NorthWest
We have started moving away from white rice and finding other grains to have steadily in our meals. Barley is a healthy grain with lots of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It's also not as processed as wheat, which means it has more nutrients. Having this 25 pound bag on Non GMO barley is nice for us to use for a long time. Quality is fantastic and would definitely recommend this grain.

Great texture and flavor, perfect for soup!
The 25 lb bag of pearled barley from Palouse is a fantastic grain. The barley is consistent in size, color, and quality. I made a mushroom barley soup and the texture of the barley is wonderful with large grain size and just the right amount of chewiness. I’m looking forward to using this product in other soups and baked goods and expect the results to be equally delicious. I highly recommend this bulk bag of barley.
