When I bought these, after seeing Ashwagandha mentioned in a magazine article about tiredness, I was fatigued and despairing - I am not now. I am about half way through my first supply and have noticed my energy has greatly improved and I feel much more optimistic in general. I know I can make no judgements based on experiments and I am aware of the "placebo effect", however, my improvement began when my taking these capsules began.

These capsules are so good. My chiropractor recommended them to me as I suffer with anxiety and tension in my muscles because I get so stressed. Within a week of taking these I feel a lot calm, less stressed and my muscles have been much better. Thoroughly recommend

This was the first Ashwagandha I tried since then tried several others out of interest.Now back on this as it is by far the most effective for me. Makes a huge difference to arthritic pain and swelling in my fingers. Added bonus is the package slips thru letter box.

I’ve been taking these for about six months now, they seem to work for me as I feel a lot calmer. The capsules are small, so are easy to swallow, so you don’t even taste them. It says that you can take up to two a day, but I’ve only ever needed one. I would definitely recommend this product.

Bought for my husband, to balance his mood. He had 2 a day for 3 days and had chronic stomach pain and diarrhea. Cleared within 48 hours of stopping tablets but he refuses to try them again. I took 1 a day for 3 days and had the same effect on me too. Unfortunately a waste of money as they ended up in the bin
