Delicious snack
I love all kinds of nuts. I enjoy having them as snacks while watching TV or working on a project. I have never had apricot kernels before. If you haven't tried them before they look like a mini almond but taste less nutty and a sweet aftertaste. The bag it cam in looks premium and its easy to seal back up. You can even dip them in chocolate or caramel if you want a sweeter snack. Im sure anyone who purchases these will enjoy them as much as i do.

Slightly sweet treat
It's hard to describe these if you haven't tried them before. They're kinda like a nut, but they have a slightly sweet taste to them too. They are unsalted, so there's no saltiness to them at all. More like a raw or unsalted nut I guess. I like salty snacks more than I should, but these were good anyway and I can see myself grabbing a handful from time to time. They'd make a nice, healthy snack option. They are fine on their own, but would also go well in a mix and they are priced fairly.

These apricot kernels are terrific, fresh-tasting and crunchy. They are unsalted, which is exactly as I like them. They are in a resealable bag to preserve freshness and have no added ingredients. They have 110 calories, 9 grams of fat (unsaturated, except for 0.5g of saturated), 3 grams of fiber, and 4 grams of protein. There are 7 servings per bag. These apricot kernels are also USDA organic certified.

Unsalted protein snack.
To be honest I didn't know you could eat Apricot pits until I saw this listing. These are organic and unsalted, and there is only one ingredient on the label. They come in a resealable bag. They remind me of an unsalted almond in weird way, they aren't bad. I think they would be better with some salt, but then they wouldn't be as good for you.

Tasty snack but watch out for amygdalin (=cyanide)
This is the first time I tried apricot kernels. These kernels look like almonds but smaller. To some extent they taste like almond but more fragrant. Anatolia sweet apricot kernel does not contain any seasoning – no sugars nor salt, and yet they taste mildly sweet and full of flavors. I also notice that these kernels are not as crunchy (expiration date 8/26/2023). It comes in a resealable bag to retain freshness. The bag lists some nutritional benefits of consuming apricot kernels. It states that apricot kernels “contain high levels of amygdalin (vitamin B17)”. This seems an innocuous, even beneficial, ingredient. However, when I look more closely about it and learn that amygdalin is converted to cyanide in the stomach, I’m alarmed. Some research claimed that B17 may be effective in treating cancers but the evidence was flimsy. Plus, the risks of being poisoned outweigh its alleged benefits.Another research paper found that the amount of amygdalin in sweet apricots is far lower than bitter apricots (see the paper Amygdalin in Bitter and Sweet Seeds of Apricots - Scientific Figure on ResearchGate.). 4-15 bitter apricot kernels would be enough to cause poisoning while it takes 500+ sweet apricot kernels to reach the same adverse effects. However, I am not an expert on this topic. More importantly, this food needs to be consumed with caution.I guess that it comes down to why consumers are interested in consuming sweet apricot kernels. This is the food that you really have to watch how much you’re eating.

tasty
Never had anything like these before but they are really good. Very similar to almonds with the consistency and has a very faint sweet taste to them. They also aren't salted which I like. Had to stop myself from eating too many in one sitting.

Delicious
I like eating mochi and was delighted to try this. While a bit messy with a bunch of flour, it is delicious to eat. The texture is chewy, and its not too sweet. I like the citrus flavor. Overall, I like this mochi and would consider ordering it again.
