Great desktop charger. The unit is plastic but feels very solid, the portable battery is small, and has a small battery (enough to charge your phone once). Overall, and good product. I had an issue with the battery pack not charging, but the vendor helped me resolve the issue (I was using the wrong wall charger).Some caveats- All devices get warm when charging (but they charge very fast).- You must use a 9v wall plug to charge this, otherwise the battery pack does not charge.

Works well. Just remember when using battery on its own actually have to switch it on

So this is a review of 2 partsFirst impressions it’s a great unit well made and the battery has a good capacity but I find it’s a littleOn the slow side of charging but I haven’t had any heat issues like some people have said and for the first 6 months it’s been flawlessAfter 6 months issues started to creep in I found it wouldn’t always charge and I would have to unplug it and replug and then it would chargeThen in the past few weeks I’ve found it will charge but will intermittently start and stop chargingI’ve tried a different cable but it’s the same thing it’s still cutting outSuch a shame as I really liked this charger but its days are sadly limited.Just to add I am using the provided power brick

Works fine on bed side but the power bank doesn’t charge.Seller replaced first unit and even the second unit stopped working properly after 3-4 weeks

It worked really well. I bought a second one 2 weeks later.I bought an apple watch but this charges it slowly.The removable battery is a great idea.The problem is that the removable battery no longer charges when I put it back into the cradle. I can charge it by plugging the USB-C cable directly into it but then it isn't in the cradle. This happed with both of these. Reading the reviews this is a common experience - brilliant for a while and then it fails.It still charges my phone overnight perfectly while the battery is in the cradle but in the morning the battery hasn't charged.10 September 2024 - I bought a third one. Brand new, it does not charge the powerbank. The only way to charge the powerbank is to plug a cable directly into it. It is about to be returned.

Charger is convenient and works well. I paid extra for the battery, which doen't work, so minus one star for that.

I love it and it so much better than I expected, and with the removable power bank it makes life easier

Great product neat and tidy wire free table now with no hassle to manage wires. No more broken or bend wire. Like the idea for three in one charging excellent as description. Recommended
