- Bonded NdFeB magnets offers a high energy product with an exceptional resistance to demagnetisation and the operating temperature can be up to 120°C. These magnets are manufactured by binding quick-quenching NdFeB power. The powder is mixed with resin to form a magnet by compression molding with resin to form a magnet by compression molding with epoxy or injection molding with nylon.
- Bonded NdFeB magnet is much better than the dry-pressed anisotropic ceramic magnet and injection ferrite magnets. While desgining the motors, it need to be in line with the motor performance requirements: high and low speed torque size, low price, small size to choose.
- Bonded NdFeB, magnets are widely used in all kinds of air-conditioning motors, auto motors, mini-motors, vibration motors, automatic controlling devices, drivers, sensors, telecommunication industry and instrument industry.
Bonded NdFeB magnet is made through "compression molding" or "injection molding" of the mixture of quick-quenched NdFeB magnetic powder and bonding agent. Due to its high accuracy in size, the bonded magnet may be formed into magnetic components of relatively complicated shapes. Also, it features single-time molding and multi-pole orientation. The injection molded magnet has a high mechanical strength and may be molded together with other matching parts.
