Q: How do you clean the mat?

I use the tubal part of my Dyson cleaner which has a strong suction.

Q: Are the edges finished to stop fraying?

We've had ours for about 2 years and the edges haven't deteriorated that much at all. No fraying but I do remember initially that it moulted a bit but settled down soon after and fine after a hoover

Q: Can you cut to a particular size for me??

Not too difficult to cut yourself with a Stanley knife on the smooth reverse side. Marker pen to size and cut firmly against a steel rule or length of wood.

Q: How did you cut this to size?

I cut it with a Stanley knife from the back. Turn it over to cut but remember it's the opposite side if your cutting angles!
