They don't even work they are crap and a waste of money,and I ate healthy with it and lost nothing,wouldent buy again

A good product
I find that this product has helped with my effort to loose weight but it is a slower process on its own. With accompanied patches and detox capsules or tablets (I cannot remember which) the weight loss was faster and greater but these together were much more expensive.and was purchased on line elsewhere. This product on its own is ideal if your goal is is loose a small amount off weight over a longer period. I have reach my desired wait lost after my first two month supply. I find it satisfactory.
