Good product
I have bought this for therapeutic use, and I have used this brand regularly in the past as an aromatherapist. However, the aroma is so nice! Christmas trees in a bottle. I will be vaporising this in the house during the Yule/Christmas holiday for its festive aroma. Maybe with some sweet orange, cinnamon and clove essential oils.

Very pleasant, therapeutic grade oil
Subtle and earthy with gentle top notes, rounded and smooth aroma. Pleasant, doesn't irritate the nose, I can easily inhale several times from the bottle and I think I will use it for therapeutic mixes ( colds etc) and diffusing. This is definitely therapeutic grade.I bought this product to compare with Douglas Pine, Himalayan Fir and Pinus sylvestris as I want to use in diffusers for xmas time. They all have their own characteristics and I guess not many users will be as fanatical as I am and buy all 4 to see which one they prefer, so I am posting this 'review' to hopefully assist in the decision making. The Pinus sylvestris was the cheapest and attacks the nose with a little more gusto, it has more top notes and is fresh smelling. Good for cleaning round the house perhaps, rather than diffusing. The Douglas Pine has citrus elements to it and is less earthy then the Fir Balsam but is very pleasant and I think I would be happy to use it when I want that citrus element in a therapeutic mix or diffusing. The Himalayan, the most expensive, has depth and earthiness as well as definite top notes. It is gorgeous and as well as diffusing, I would use it in a protective mix when everyone is spreading their colds and flu. I am not an expert, just a very picky home user.

smells like xmas
I bought for aroma diffuser, leaves a lovely christmassy perfume in the air though not as strong as I'd hoped ( i just add a few drops more though -at this price it still lasts ages) I prefer this way of just water and pure essential oils to chemical fragrances that cost a fortune and leave the air full of potentially harmful things.
