These Plant Sterols capsules from Club Vits seem to do a good job,keeping my cholesterol lower and avoiding Statins, which is the doctor's wayof doing it. They are a little large, but being ovoid in shape and tapering at the endsmakes them easy to swallow

The tablets are massive - but if that isnt a problem to you. They're inexpensive and do the job

Yeah it works with my Yamaha Keyboard I haven't been able to play it for ages and it is a pleasure to be able to use it again by plugging in my Headphones to practice so I don't upset the family.
