Brilliant dipping pool, I'm 6' 200lbs and I get in no problem, tap works well, lid is good, a great product for regular dips. Easy to clean too.

When I received the ice bath the box was slightly damaged, on opening it I realised the drain tap was missing, happy feet couldn't have been more apologetic and sent a new tap out, once I filled the recovery pod I realised there was a leak in the fabric not sure if this was a manufacturing issue or me incorrectly fitting the poles but without hesitation happy feet sent out a new recovery pod with a speedy delivery top notch coustomer service and I am really happy with my purchase although it is super cold 🥶🤣 thankyou happy feet 👍

Not happy as box was opened when it got here and a key content was missing which makes it useless until I get it

Was very happy with my recovery pod, also had a small issue with a part of the product but the customer service was excellent their response to my issue was very quick and they resolved my problem immediately. They clearly care about their customers and the pod it’s self is brilliant very very happy with it and would definitely recommend.
