No flavor at all, tastes like flour, very very VERY disappointed!! And of course cant return or get refund because its a food item. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!

I chose this because I like a little bit of spice, and I think a seasoning is so much easier to use and incorporate into different dishes. I actually like this - a lot. My favorite use so far has been to add a little kick to a ramen noodle bowl. It kicked it up from hum to yum! My nephew liked it so much that he took the leftover bag from me when I filled up a spice jar with it.Definitely a good flavor and I would recommend it. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other interesting flavors as well.

I wasn’t sure if I would like the powder form, but I love it. So easy to use.

As the bag indicates, it's Spicy, Tangy and Sweet. It seems like it'd be right at home on some wings as a dry rub. It doesn't really taste like Sriracha sauce to me, though.The ingredients are Paprika, Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Spice Extractives (whatever this means...), Silicone Dioxide.The Cayenne pepper is the biggest contributor to heat, and has a great flavor. The vinegar adds some acid/sourness, but is not overpowering, and is well balanced against the salt. The sugar helps mellow it all out and prevents it from being too harsh. I think the Paprika is mostly a filler. I would call this mild heat overall... but I do have a high tolerance to spice.It's a decent price for something so unique.Ordered June 2023Best by January 2025 (10 months)There's a US address on it, but country of origin is not indicated explicitly.

If you like Sriracha, you will love this. If you love Sriracha, you will want to own stock in this company. This is quite simply, an awesome spice powder.I find the taste simply wonderful. It does not taste exactly like the bottles sriracha sauces, but very close, and in my opinion, a little better taste. It is hot and sweet and flavorsome and incredible.It has earned a coveted spot on my kitchen table spice collection. I have put it in a shaker jar, and we are happily using it on everything we can think of. From popcorn to baked potatoes, to spaghetti & meat balls, to plain white rice, and every thing in-between. Well, maybe not deserts, but the day is young - it might even pair with chocolate, who knows!Don't stop and think - just order this spice powder. You will be happy.
