Most worthless
It's not good looks and refund option is not there only replacement in online so I think in my mind now this amazon service is about return and refund policy is now going on worthless with customers.

Product good but recieved different color..i ordered black but got Orange one....Black one is more suitable for my room ambience....but not planning to return....

Does not come with a zip
I bought this and regretted. There is only velcro and no zip! This is not going to last at all :( Who makes bean bag without a zip?? The worst part is there is no return on it. Amazon is becoming really bad with fewer and fewer items returnable now a days it seems. I am stuck with this item.Another problem: there is a huge brand label on the side of the bean bag in white color. Really poor design. Brand labels should be subtle. I have to carefully cut it out now.
