I was so excited to get this wand. I have fibromyalgia plus arthritis in my neck and knees. I received the product, charged the batteries and the button on the wand wouldn’t work to turn it on. I was so disappointed. I contacted the seller and they gave me some trouble-shooting tips, none of which worked. They then asked if they could send me a new one. Of course I said yes. The new one arrived 2 days later. It is amazing. It relaxed my neck enough that I could actually sleep and made my knees feel better after a workout. My friend was having really bad back pains, so I tried the wand on her back. After 10 minutes, the back pain was gone. I would highly recommend this product and the seller. Absolutely fabulous!

Great. I don’t like it around my neck and head.

Product worked well for about a week. Then began to shut off only a few seconds after the power button was pushed, every time. It was comfortable to wear, and pleasant to use while it worked. I'll be returning it; didn't get enough use out of it to notice any results.
