I suffer from arthritis, predominantly in my knees and ankles, I have always used a combination of glucosamine and chondroitin, which so far has always come from a combined dose tablet, my most recent purchase was for just glucosamine as the usual product wasn't available, so I bought these and began to use them alongside my glucosamine, there really is a marked difference with both supplements being used with me, i could not accurately say which product is the most effective, but I can say that the combination of the two is a great help to me, glucosamine on its own helps somewhat but both together is a huge help, I've not tried using just chondroitin on its own.. but if you have issues with aching joints then you really must give this product a try.. I try and find the.most.natural solutions to medicine before I submit to prescription meds.. in short the relief they bring for the price I paid is great value for money.

Both hubby and self take glucosamine and after 3 months noticed a remarkable improvement in aches/pains. We were told by a doctor that adding chondroitin helps the effects of the glucosamine so thought we`d give it a go!.These tablets are easy to swallow and appear to be of excellent quality.

Can't feel any benefit taking these.

Have been taking Glucosamine on its own until I was told I need this product to get the full effect of the GSM. I have to say it has made a massive massive difference within days. Highly recommended.

Good product, good price, quick delivery, it deserves 5 stars but people often think a 5 star review might be fake.

I have arthritis & suffer much pain on a regular basis. I also fall over a lot. I am prescribed tramadol for pain relief - up to 600mg daily, but this dose is damaging to health when taken regularly as it is a dangerous opiate.I am gradually reducing the dose successfully & have conducted a great deal of helpful research.I have found that chrondroitin, taken daily with glucosamine sulphate, blackseed oil & vitamins D3 & K2 really help reduce pain levels & improve mobility a little. I have also cut out much of my sugar intake as well as milk & cream.I can recommend this system for improvement albeit slow & gradual. I have been diagnosed with osteopenia but since following this protocol along with daily collagen intake, I have not broken any more bones when I have fallen! 👍
