This winter cap is used to protect the skimmer in winter as this can easily be closed with the ice pressure pad. The Ice pressure pad is simply screwed neatly inset into the top of the skimmer. This prevents water from entering the tubing / piping and damaging it through the frost. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the ice which has formed in the skimmer from being pressed onto the outer walls of the skimmer, and this can thus be damaged. The ice pressure pad is 36 cm long and is suitable for skimmers with a 1 1/2 or 2 inch internal thread. Sealing plugs for the inlet nozzle. This plug is made of rubber and the conical shape allows the inlet nozzle (or other openings in the pool) with a diameter of 45-51 mm to be closed.
