Like the title says, Maymom offers a wider range of sizes that Spectra doesn't even sell. The flanges are compatible with my S2 pump's backflow protector and duckbills (I think that's what they're called; don't mind my postpartum brainfog over here!) so all I needed to buy was the flanges. And did I mention these are like half the price of Spectra's products?!I'm able to get slightly better milk production too (might have to size down even more, but now I know where to get them!) and hotdog nips are a thing of the past. Get these -- you won't regret it!

These fit perfectly with the spectra S1 setup! It’s so important to get the right size flanges for you, I highly recommend seeing a lactation specialist to find the right size for you. I was using 5 sizes larger than I was supposed to and once I got these flanges, oh man pumping is enjoyable !!

I have purchased multiple sets of these throughout my pumping journey at the suggestion of my lactation consultant. They attach well to my Spectra pump and are easy to clean.

I love my spectra gold pump, but was tired of cleaning the only two pieces that it came with. Bought these and they fit perfectly and help me pump without having to sanitize several times a day.

Bought these to use with my Spectra and are so much more affordable than the name brand. Love that these come in different flange sizes other than the “standard” 24 mm that comes with most pumps and are too big for many women! Bought extra to keep at work so I don’t have to transport back and forth.

I bought these for my Spectra pump.The pros:- Fit perfectly, despite not being original Spectra parts.- Relatively easy to clean. I use a bottle brush for the outside and a nipple brush for the inside.The cons:- Really expensive for two pieces of plastic. I’m convinced that breast pump manufacturers include large flanges with the breast pump solely to ensure that people have to purchase smaller after-market ones like these. Based on the pricing here (at $20 for two), I effectively threw out $40 worth of flanges because the 24mm and 27mm ones that came with the pump are useless to me. Seems like a giant scam!

This brand was recommended by my lactation consultant after she measured me and I came up way smaller than the set that came with my Motif Luna.I was also pleasantly surprised they worked just fine because the flange is for nipple size only but I am a VERY small breasted lady so I wasn’t sure it would work properly. IT DID!What I liked most about these flanges is that you can buy in even sizes as well, many other makers only sell the flanges in odd mm sizes. When the lactation consultant measured me I measured in an even size, so I got both the 15mm and the 16mm. I stuck with the smaller 15mm only because that’s what she had and it worked for me then and worked when I got these so I still haven’t even tried the 16mm as I didn’t have issues and got adequate output.They look just like the ones that came with the Motif Luna but are still easy to tell apart since they have the company logo on the side and most importantly, if you look inside the flange they have the size at the back, I included a picture of this.One thing I do recommend that was suggested by my lactation consultant, some coconut oil so you don’t rub the ladies raw. Skin rubbing back and forth on plastic is going to get chapped, ask me how I know! Just a small dab of coconut oil rubbed on the nipple/areola was all it took for this to go as smoothly as possible (pun intended).Cleaning - I was also recommended to get a bucket/sponge specifically for pump parts. I dump them in there with as hot a water as I can get from the sink and let them soak a bit with some soap then I get them a good wash. For his first 2 months I boiled them at the end of the day as well for 5 minutes and they survived this harsh washing coming out as good as new.

I have the Spectra S1 pump and they are definitely a match.
