One of the best books I have ever read on strategic thinking. Author has simplified the jargon and explained it in a story form .

Wonderful read reinforcing that strategy is not a 3-5 day offsite meet once a year. It is a continuous routine process that everyone in the organization must get into. I believe this approach allows you to stay focused, be mindful and realistic about the situation, make choices that are aligned with your strategy. Written in extremely lucid language and recommended to everyone who thinks strategy is only CXO's job to be done once a year.

Take aways in this book are great. Appreciate the efforts of the author nailing down the points which really need attention.
