Q: someone mentioned alternate pads for sensitive ears or side sleepers. I do not see them on the page. How do you get those?

I wouldn't waste your time. This product does not work.

Q: Can this be used without the eye mask?

Hey Christie, Thanks for the question. They can *just* be worn as a headband if you pop the mask section onto your forehead. Hope this helps and thanks again Chris

Q: Does your ear get smushed inside the earmuff when you lay on it? I just got a piercing and can't lay on that side, this might help me.

In order to sleep on your side, slide one of the ear muffs to back of your head so that only the upper ear is covered by an ear muff. The ear that's facing down will be protected from noise by your mattress or pillow. I actually removed one of the ear muffs entirely and just slide the one ear muff back and forth depending on which ear is facing up. This product has helped so much (ear plugs irritate my ears) I'm surprised it only has three stars!
