Easy to use
Works great. Never slips off

No more dropped bottles.
My previous Dolphin handle was iffy. Dropped a few bottles. Not fun. This new one seems very solid and secure. A great upgrade.

Slips and drops bottles
Very unsafe. Made of hard plastic with no give that slips off bottle unless carefully wedged under the cap wrap. So constant fear it will drop bottle.The blue plastic is softer that lines the handle portion to cushion the fingers, and they should have usedthe same softer plastic in the part that grabs the bottle. I had a high quality one that was soft rubber that was very secure with no fuss. I havent seen that yet to buy (got it from water delivery man and lost it unfortunately)

Significant help! But one small caveat
Care must be taken when using as sometimes the device loosens the cover of the water jug and may cuz it to slip out, which can be dangerous
