You need this if you have refrigerated medicine
I AM SO OBSESSED WITH THIS THING. Ok, this sounds like a strange thing to be obsessed with, but bear with me. The design is FLAWLESS. I thought I was just getting essentially a thermos to transport my medicine that had to stay cold. But no, this thing comes with a little perfectly-shaped cold pack that fits in the tube with the medicine, AND a thermometer so you can always know the actual temperature your medicine is at, AND another version of said cold pack that can be filled with cold water in an emergency when you can't freeze the ice pack. It could be used for any little thing that you want to keep cold, but obviously it's ideal for insulin pens and my other refrigerated injections (Ozempic, Dupixent, etc). Seriously, this little thing made me ridiculously pleased!

Good budget solution. Good for one day, but not two.
Before I tear into this about what's not good, I'll repeat that for the money, it's a pretty good 24-30hr chiller. They call it a 48 hour cooler. Nope. It's right there in the product description - it will keep the temperature below 77℉ (25℃) for 48 hours. In other words, after 48 hours expect it to have warmed up to room temperature, no longer adequate cooling.I tested it, and agree. It's good for 24-30 hours depending on ambient temperature. Maybe 36 hours if it's kept in a cool place. That's because it's cheap.Same gel bottle in a Yeti did keep it below 8℃ for 48 hours.Of course Yetis are $$$.In order to meet their price point, the manufacturer had to compromise:The flask is nicely sized for the job, but it's not particularly effective or well made, at least not compared with a Yeti.I'm not sure why they're insistent that it not be used for liquids when it appears to be a repurposed common flask which is even labeled "stainless steel vacuum mug" on the bottom. Adds to my distrust of the quality. The gel bottle is not sealed, just a simple screw cap that was loose on arrival. It hadn't come off yet, so barely a drop had leaked, but another day rattling around in a delivery van and it would have been a mess. I'm not sure why. TSA doesn't need to open sealed gel packs, and this is a 150ml container not TSA 100ml max liquid container size (which doesn't apply to gel packs anyway). The included thermometer is a nice touch. But it's a fragile glass thermometer. So they put it in a protective tube. But it's translucent, not transparent, so you have to open it up and take the thermometer out to read it.SMHSo while this might be a little slicker as a dedicated solution, and cheaper, I'd just cram a small gel pack in a Yeti. More effective and multipurpose.

Fit 2 of my diabetic pens without issue but
Had grabbed this for a cruise and while it worked at keeping two spare / backup insulin pens cold we did need to open it up and show security at port what was in it because it showed up funny or something when going through carry on and xray. But was able to hold My Novolog FlexPen 100mL and my Tresiba Flexpen 200mL

Bigger than I expected
I’m not sure why but this is a bit larger than I expected. It’s essentially a small stainless water bottle/ thermos that comes with 2 freezable plastic ice packs and a thermometer that only reads in Celsius. In short, it gets the job done and keeps your insulin good for travel.
