Bought as a birthday gift and cant fault the watch. Retailers were great and efficientWatch is beautiful

Bought this watch for my hubby's 60th birthday, he was absolutely delighted with watch. The photos do not do the watch justice, the back of the watch is as beautiful as the front. Would highly recommend, certainly would not be disappointed

Its a bit smaller than I was expecting, but its a retro style pilots watch, so not your modern big face. So I do struggle to read the date without reading glasses. Still its a lovely watch.My biggest gripe and its not a fault of the watch but me. Its automatic so loses time easily especially if you don't wear it all the time which i don't, Ive given up winding it now. When I next wear it I will have to set it up and wind it just for the times I wear it...which is a bit annoying but its automatic and that's a thing!So yes automatic non quartz watches are great, but not if you don't wear them continually.Oh another minor thing, the leather strap is very stiff so the watch doesn't sit very well - unless u have it tight which I don't , maybe it will relax with age.I was going to buy the Alpinist at 600£ glad I didn't as that would have been an even more expensive watch sat there not running! (although it does have a longer 72hr reservoir than this 48hour one)

Buying a watch can be a wristy purchase.But I timed this purchase well.As soon as my wife clocked it she loved it and I have to second that.

Beautiful watch the dial is memorising 36mm gives it that vintage casual dress watch feel'its much nicer in the flesh on wrist than on pictures a truly classy seiko5 champagne dial flieger ' could possibly be a future classic! A great addition to my collection

Watch is overall good. Dial is 36 mm. However the strap leather is quite stuff, which is not comfortable. Watch is not Made in Japan. Days of the week are displayed in both French and English and can be interchange according to preference

Have given four stars but at this price point should be sapphire glass.
