Pretty decent
After using this brand (different model) at a hotel, i was so impressed. This model isn’t as good as the hotel model but still pretty decent at getting the wrinkles out. The water reservoir is really weird on this one, but its a small inconvenience.

Lacking steam, sprays droplets
I got this as an intended upgrade for my girlfriend. We have a tea-kettle style basic steamer that just boils water and spews steam. That basic type works SO much better than this.
