I would recommend.
These fit correctly. I am 5'10" and am able to keep them up in place correctly. I walk the woods regularly deer scouting in the summer. These provide plenty of confidence for me that my legs are protected from snake strikes and they act as good briar busters.

Very comfortable
Father’s Day gift for my husband and he was very pleased with this product! They are just right for working in tall grasses where rattlesnakes are often present. They are perfect!

Good Knee High Snake Bite Protection in Front But Not Rear
The media could not be loaded. These thigh high snake bite chaps are a decent set. As you’ll see in my video, they protect well from the front but not from the back. Also, they are snake bite protective up to the knee and then from the thigh up they will protect against brambles. We got these because we have a creek on our property, and when we walk down there you never really know what you’ll encounter. An added layer of protection is very welcome! These are easy to get on and adjust. You can attach them to your belt so they stay up, but if you don’t need the thigh portion you can just let that upper part hang down.Understand their limitations and know that you must wear a pair of boots with them if you want to be fully protected from snake bites in the back of your legs.

Stiff but stay in place
I found these guards to be initially a little stiff and the buckling system somewhat awkward. Would prefer a velcro closure for ease. However, after wearing them for a period of 30 minutes or so, just in my yard thus far, I found they stayed in place well and were not uncomfortable to bend or do basic activity if I were hiking.
