Can’t say about taste as it was a present, hence only 4stars but comes really beautifully wrapped

I have these to my wife as part of her push present. Wrapped nicely but opened to find stained box and chocolates like the attached picture - melted and bits of mould in it. Don’t seem to be able to get a refund or return.
