This pillow permits ache-free side-sleeping once again. What a relief! The velcro holds fast on the larger pillow. No slipping or falling off at night. The pillow is made with a soft, cotton material versus bulky memory foam. The smaller pillow can be used on either leg or to enlarge the main pillow. I've purchased countless knee/leg pillows over the years - all eventually tossed in the garbage. This is a keeper.

I tried sleeping with this for 3 nights, then threw it in the trash. It will only stay in place if you don't move and don't use any covering. It's soft and pretty, but useless.

High quality and soft enough

It will not stay in place! It seems to stretch out and slips down. I bought it because I am a side sleeper with a recent hip replacement. I was sure this would be the solution so I could sleep in my bed again. SO WRONG!

I just had knee surgery. I am using this to add extra padding to my knee. Our pets have even walked over it without it hurting my knee.

Velcro doesn’t hold comes loose with movement and can’t draw it tight enough

I am a side sleeper who had double knee replacements in May. I tried using regular pillows and travel pillows in different places during the night and none of them worked. I'm so happy to find this pillow! Even though I ended up not wrapping it around my knees because the incisions are still sensitive to touch, it works wonderfully well as a prop. The pillow is super soft and when rolled up with the extra pad inside, gives enough support to the knee to keep it pain free. When I roll over, it's easy enough to reach down and take it to the other side.
