I did wear it all day (very comfortable), but now wear the support every other day. Brilliant .

I have given this 4 stars, although I had to send it back. I am not very tall so it was a little bit too long in the body. However the item itself holds the back very firmly and provides a lot of support. So would recommend it for a taller person than me, I am 5'1".

The size given was xtra small and I ordered small

I tried out several back supports of this kind to use them when I'm sitting or walking for longer periods. This one gave me the strongest support, partly because it goes all the way down the back and is designed very well. I also appreciate the two options for the rods in the back (strong plastic, metal). The product quality is very high, and I suspect it can have a very long life.It is also rather heavy compared to shorter, cheaper back supports. I'm not sure I'd want to carry that sort of weight with me on a regular basis. It seems to me that this kind of back support is most useful for people with serious back issues that cannot be addressed by physiotherapy, pilates, yoga, etc. Personally, my poor posture and scoliosis are serious, but I am well enough to exercise and watch my posture habits, so I think that's the better way to go for me.What made me return this back support after a brief try though was that it suffocated me. The belts attached on the top of the shoulder piece and going to the front of the body seemed quite a bit too short, and in order to fasten them as suggested I had to really struggle, and strangle my belly in the process. I'm rather tiny and thin, and "small" should suit me perfectly. Of course, I could now order the "medium" and see how that fits, but given that this one was already nearly too long for me in the back I decided against it.
