MORE really is better!!
MORE really is better !!! I had purchased a similar travel pillow, and I almost paid double for it. I can't even use it anymore because after the first wash, the material started falling apart. The Shoulder Sleeper is definitely better quality and for a LOT less ! Plus, I get the Sleep Mask & Luggage Tag. It's a "win, win !" I just bought three more.... One for my hubby & 2 kids !

Is my neck too long? My giraffey vertebral column isn't getting enough support :/
The angle that the internal support piece is bent to is too uh, obtuse? Throwback to elementary school geometry, huh? So because of that, it's not really super effective in giving support. I also don't know how to wrap it about my neck for enough support without strangling myself, but maybe there's just a learning curve with it. I mean, it's generally okay. I wad up the wrapping portion and stuff it behind the support piece so that it adds a bit of extra support and I plop all that in the crook of my neck or under my chin, and that does a lil something

I never can seem to fall asleep during my flights ...
I never can seem to fall asleep during my flights. I travel a lot for work and I've tried just about every pillow except for this one. I have finally found the one that works for me! Once you position it properly to fit your sleeping style it's lights out. Thank you Shoulder Sleeper!

Sorry I bought this
The space between the support brace is too wide for my smaller head. My head just sinks down bewteen them and that is very uncomfotable. I took it on a transatlantic flight to try it out and couldn't find a way to use it comfortably. I'm sorry I brought this prduct and would not recommend it for small people. It came with a mask that was fine, but I lost it along the way, so cannot return the package.

Plastic piece has a lot of give
I tried this multiple ways and didn't find this supportive or comfortable. A wadded up jacket seems to work just as well. The plastic piece is too flimsy. Didn't work for me. Verified return.

You'll pretty much leaning your head to one side even more ...
So it's definitely a generic made product but it does somewhat work. I bought it because I wanted something to help keep my head up when I sleep on the plane. I didn't want to lean into my neighbors, didn't want to snore, and regular neck pillows didn't work for me.These does somewhat work. It does keep my head in place, however, it doesn't keep my head as straight as I want. You'll pretty much leaning your head to one side even more than what the photos show. It's ok, better than without the pillow but I wanted my head more supported. One annoying thing is a personal preference. The fleece feels cheap and I hate that I have to wrap it around my neck. The velcro just barely made it around my neck.Overall, it has that generic product feel for it. It does somewhat work. Guess it just depends how much support you want. I probably wouldn't buy it again.

Hot.
It would be comfortable if it weren't so hot. Maybe on a cold plane, which some of them are, it would be ok.

The best part is it fits right into my bag without ...
I purchased this to use on my overnight flight as the standard neck pillows are were to bulky for me and were hard to carry when not in use. The Shoulder Sleeper work perfectly and provided me with all the support I needed. The best part is it fits right into my bag without taking up to much space. The material is very soft and well made. It also comes with a sleep mask that works wonderfully.
