I bought this for walking home late at night and it's a fantastic torch. It has a pleasing weight and fits comfortably in the hand as well as being small enough to fit in a jacket pocket. It's bright enough for any use I could put it too. Also good for self-defense; if you were to shine this in an attacker's face they won't see anything but spots for quite some time.As for value for money; you can't even buy the battery that comes with this torch for less than I paid for the whole thing. A+

I bought this torch for the dark mornings at work checking coaches. All I can say is WOW it’s bright!! Absolutely perfect for what I wanted.It isn’t the lightest of torches but it is comfortable to hold and the battery life is pretty good as well - I’ve had it a fortnight now and it’s on 2 of 4 lights.It’s build quality is really good, I’ve dropped it a few times (my own fault for not using its wrist strap) now and it’s barely a mark on it.You can have a nice sharp beam of light or a wide angle beam of light too.

Really well made, very bright and the zoom works well. Good, well thought-out control on the single button. Recharge time is OK, though USB C would have been nice. Only one design flaw (IMO) - the rubber bung that covers the USB port has a piece that sticks out just where your fingers go when holding in a typical position. You could possibly cut it off if it proves too uncomfortable. I wish I had found a slightly smaller torch that would fit better in a coat pocket. Should have checked!

I purchased one of these to use as a torch and sometimes as a light for my ebike. I wanted to be able to see the road surface further ahead of me in the dark when on my bike as it does get up to reasonable speeds......and this performed so well that I ordered a second one. For the money, both of the torches perform really well, are certainly brighter than similarly-priced torches that I already owned. They feel substantial in the hand, but are nicely portable, the included battery seems to last well, and USB charging is really useful rather than having to take the battery out to charge it.

I love this torch as others have said, very bright. I also like the fact I can use AAA batteries in an emergency.As others have reported I also had an issue with the battery not charging after about 6 months. I contacted the company and Joey in their Customer Support was excellent. He sent a replacement torch which proved it was the battery that had failed rather than the mechanics of the torch. With such excellent customer support, I have no hesitation in recommending this product

I was looking for a replacement rechargeable bright torch as I had recently lost my previous one.This is lighter in weight and has the bonus of having the charge light around the on/off button; when charging you can easily tell when it is fully charged and when using you can see the remaining charge.Comes with a 26650 battery, although I have used the torch I have not had to use it for any great length of time so can't say how long you can use it before the battery is fully drained.I use it for search and when working night shifts, this is easily bright enough for both requirements and as it charges via USB it can be easily recharged on the go from a power bank, car charger or your phones fast charger.Happy with my purchase and recommend this if you need a light-weight very bright torch.

Purchased for my fathers birthday about 6 weeks prior to the event. Came the day he waschuffed to find awhat seemed a nicely made sturdy torch. alas it didnt last very long .It came fully charged nearly .Worked fine for about 10 mins 3 brightness settings that were quiet impressive . The next day he went to use the torch and he turned it on fine..but a min later it suddenly went dim ...very dim. It now has 3 dimness settings .Seems the led has malfunctioned only lighting partly or something odd to see . Checking the battery etc which was fine and everything else, only conclusion was to send it back as faulty...BUT YOU CANT. There is a maximum of 1 month return on the torch which is a ****ing joke. Made in china which i guess i should have expected. 1 star is too many for 10 mins of use for a gift for an 85 year old man.
