Looks good, works well, and is reasonably easy to clean. The only thing of concern was near when I first got it - after burning a handful of incense in succession the glass started making cracking noises. I haven't found any visual defects, so I suspect it was just shifting of the glass from the heat - back flowing incense tend to get extremely hot near their base, so the shifting is to be expected. I suspect it will have a long life and be pleasant to look at, both with and without an incense.

This is hypnotic. It is so soothing and calming to watch the incense smoke flow down the steps. The incense is nice and seems to be a decent quality. The scent is pretty good. I prefer earthier scents like patchouli, sandalwood, amber, etc so regular incense can be a bit floral.This would be a beautiful gift.

Small but looks nice. Have to clean after a few burns and colors aren't visible when lit. Not sure why they color the cones. It'll stain tables or shelves if table/shelf is a light color. So beware

It's really cool to watch. Just make sure the hole lines up and there is no breeze. Mine sits too near a vent so when the furnace kicks on it doesn't flow correctly. As long as there is no air flow near it, it works great. Really not fond of the scents that came with it

We had seen another version of this incense burner and loved the downdraft effect. This one never had a very good downdraft. The smoke dropped down to maybe the first shelf and then faded away. We were planing to return it, but it accidentally got knocked off the shelf and shattered. It looked very nice, but not happy with the way it worked.

More of a decoration than anything. Burning the incense on top and barely any smoke comes down. The incense burns too fast and has no scent

This is simple to use (just make sure hole in incense cone is centered on hole in burner). The effect is beautiful and very calming. The scent provided is okay, and lingers a long time. Many other scents are available online or in some stores. This is especially beautiful if you add a small colored LED light to it as it greatly enhances the effect.

The media could not be loaded.  I was sceptical at first but I have to say that I am impressed! This thing actually works and looks really cool. The cones only last for less than 10 minutes but they are magical minutes. Also you need to hav this in a draft free place to really appreciate it.
