Big disappointed. This one is the second machine we bought it for our relative as a gift. Hardly used for 3- 4 occasion, it stopped working. Unfortunately return window is also closed now. A product from Amazon shouldn't have failed within a month!!Any resolution to my above e mail sent a few days ago??? A replacement of the defective product possible??Thanks
