The women in my house who do all the cooking are so happy with this purchase. My wife say to me " why did you put me through the torture" of using knifes that have all the serrations and impossible to sharpen with stones or criss crossed metal pull back type sharpeners. The metal criss crossed sharpeners are excellent for these OAKSWARE Steak Knives.

I gave this as a gift. She will only use these anymore. She loves the way they handle and fit her hand. She also loves that she can put them in the dishwasher and not a speck of rust on them

Scary sharp knives! So awesome! I use instead of my chefs knives because these are that sharp. They kinda freak me out to use at the table because they are that sharp but they are what i reach for for meal prep. We have now had them months and they are still sharper than all my other knives even though we brought them in for professional sharpening. I will be buying another set for my parents as well and looking at their other products to start replacing my chef knives. The block also fits perfect in our shallow kitchen drawers which i honestly was surprised . Seriously I recommend these!

These steak knives are great! They work perfect for my setup. In the pics you see I have them with my main set of knives. These knew steak knives look great with them. I love that you can move the steak knife block to anywhere. Sometimes people want to use one with their meal, so I can have these out ready for use. These would make a great gift for anyone too!

These knives have a nice hefty weight and hand feel. They look and feel elegant. I am careful not to put them into the dishwasher.

I found I have to make sure the knives are completely dry before I put them in the block. I’ve had to scrape rust off a few times.

Everything about these steak knives is perfect: sharp straight cut, well weighted for steak, not too heavy, not too light, just right, suubstantial handle just right, perfect length not too short and not too long, price perfect and a lot cheaper than others I was considering, 8 knives is better than 6 and the block is a real asset to a kitchen and means the knives are protected and not rocking around loose in a drawer.Don't buy these if you are after a flimsy, light knife. Otherwise, don't hesitate. You will be left happy!!
