Finally purchased the correct print cartridge and as if by magic we could print again.Works as one would expect.

We bought this pack of ink. On opening the black - sealed as usual - the stopper unit was missing. The thing would not work, requiring action from the printer to clear it. After 20 or so prints the ink is all gone. What a rip-off!

Ink cartridges appear to be full but message appears that replace this and/ or that cartridge/cartridges.

Print quality is terrible, there missing lines, colours are washed up, yellow is basically green, red is barely visible. It happens no matter how many times I try to improve print quality. I never had this kind of issues with cheap ink from other brands.Don't bother buying this one, just buy a cheaper non-genuine Brother ink.

Each cartridge is individually wrapped, so you can change one at a time without risking the others drying out. Changing cartridges is easy and these seem to contain a useful amount of ink. My only complaint is, I suspect, something unavoidable: I don't print much but the ink continually depletes regardless of this. I suspect this is part of the head cleaning process, and it's either that or risk the head getting blocked, but it does mean I use more ink than I actually print to paper.
