How many gallons does one container treat? I need to treat 240 gallons.

Each level scoop is 125mg and treats 5 gallons for 1 day's dose. There are 40 scoops in the 5 gm vial. 5 grams would treat 200 gallons for 1 day's dose.

Is this enough to treat a 29g tank 3 times?

Yes, I personally was able to treat my 55g tank with it at least three times.
