As a person who regularly facilitates LOTO training sessions. I will certainly give this 5 stars. This LOTO kit has some quality gear. All keys (as they should be) are keyed to the lock and come with an extra. The keys aren’t your typical cut. Making them harder if not impossible to duplicate. All the gear opened and closed smoothly without any annoying binding. They come with two hasps allowing up to 5 individuals to lock out one machine. Yes there’s six holes in the hasps. However, the last hole must remain empty incase more workers need to affix another hasp to start their task.My only mention is that on the LOTO Tag itself there’s no line for Date & Time. Although there’s plenty of room on the back in the remarks section. It arrived neatly packaged and with all hardware to hang. While you can store the hasps in the tag box. You can also double up your locks and affix them to the holder if you’d prefer.Overall, I have zero issues or concerns with this kit and would recommend if you’re in need of some OHSA gear. This is a great product overall, the locks are easy to see and the tags are big enough that they remove plausible deniability.The case does seem like it could break easy and the locks seem pretty weak. I know the purpose isn’t necessarily a true “lockout” and more of a deterrent, but still.Overall it’s a decent product.

This is a great and handy lockout station for your worksite. This set includes tags and zip ties to secure these noticeable tags and locks to your equipment and machines.The tags have the proper fields to fill out and to easily relay important information to others and to prevent mistakes and further damages to equipment and preventing people from getting injured.The station has a cover over it to keep everything from getting lost and it is easy to access. The battery or switch lock out devices are great to stop someone from turning on a machine.This is definitely something that all worksites should have on hand.
