Yes, I opened it and got ready to use it but did not, waiting for my vet to approve it. My little yorkie is on Denamarin and I wanted to make sure it would be safe to have her on both. It is not. Specifically, he was concerned that one of the ingredients was insulin as well as there being a fairly obvious typo in the ingredients listed on the paper wrapped around the bottle. He had no knowledge of the other ingredients and he felt like it wasn’t safe to have my dog on this. I tried to initiate a return, but because I have taken it out of the box apparently I can’t return it. There were pages and pages of how to apply for a refund and, for an old lady, It’s just too hard to go through that. So on a fixed income, I just bought myself a gift of under $30 , PS that’s about half of my grocery bill.On a good note, it arrived very quickly.
