I mostly use the 2 smallest cups for my face. It feels good though I'm not sure it is making a difference on my 67 year old skin. However, Ihave only been using them for 2 weeks and I plan to continue regularly and will reassess in a few months. At first one cheek got very very read and it lasted about 5 or 6 days. I think I must have suctioned my cheek a little too aggressively. It has not happened since.

I think this are good tools, but I probably need a manual. I tried using the massager roll and I got bruises all over. Learn from my experience and look up some tutorials before using it.
