Purchased this hat for an upcoming trip to the UK. I want to have free hands for photo snapping, etc. With the wide brim, I won't have to worry about carrying an umbrella with my hoodless raincoat. The hat’s brim is shapable, yet it folds into a small size and will fit in my purse or raincoat pocket. It’s just what I wanted, but be advised the brim is very large.

It fit well my head.

I chose the brown hat and I love it. The hat is lightweight, which is great in this Texas heat, plus the brim is big, so it protects my face and neck from the sun. I got this hat for wearing in the rain, but so far it hasn't rained yet, so I wore it while riding a zero-turn lawnmower for two hours straight, and it works well as a sunvisor. It also fits very well

I wanted a minimum 5 inch brim, and this said it was 5 inches. Well, it is, and it isn't. It measures 5 inches, but the wire edging is shorter in circumference so that the brim cannot extend fully. I kept it because I liked the black brim underlining - thought it might help lessen sun glare. And it's cute.
