Q: Would this be good for blotting sweat?

These towels are amazing for fash washing and are durable to use at least twice. They are strong and, I see no reason why you couldn't use them for wiping sweat in the car, office or keep in gym bag.

Q: Are these cotton tissues biodegradable?

Yes, I do believe these can be recycled or compostable.

Q: Why do they smell bad when wet? Pure cotton shouldn't.

Mine do not smell bad at all when wet! I have noticed this at all! Sorry!
