Worked perfectly, however, it leaked. had it replaced, also leaked. The A/C unit was well made, but I suspect it had been dropped (weighs 45Kg) in transit and it had been damaged internally?!

A good, efficient, solid air conditioning unit. I installed mine about 6 years ago and it's never let me down. Does a fantastic job of keeping our bedroom cool. I chose it as it doesn't need a separate external condenser unit so all very neat and tidy.It does require two 200mm holes to be core drilled in the wall, which may be a challenge for some (meaning hiring in someone if you don't have the skills or equipment.) I'm an electrical engineer so it was no great shakes for me and I'm pretty sure anyone with decent DIY skills won't have any trouble with installation.It does lose a star as it can be noisy at times, but you do get used to it.Also, unlike mobile / portable a/c machines it never need emptying of condense water as it drains outside. A big plus point.In summary, its an absolute godsend on warm, humid nights and leagues above any portable a/c units!
