This phone is great for me simple to use and the large fonts are great. I use this phone at work as it is also quite robust.

Wanted this phone for the speed dial function which along with the big buttons would make calling easy for my dad.Unfortunately this function didnt work so had to return phone Also for a supposed senior citizen friendly phone the volume level was poor while talking on phone.

I brought this phone for my son who has Autism as I was looking for a simple easy to use mobile I think this is a really good phone it dose what it says the numbers are large and easy to point out the volume is very loud and has a speaker on the back of the actual phone which allows the phone to sound much clearer & louder so you definitely can hear the phone if it’s in you pocket or bag the phone also has a torch 🔦 at the top and is simple to access as you just press one button and it’s on or off the phone also has radio 🎶 which is a very nice feature and is also easily accessed I would have preferred the screen to be larger but the words and numbers are large enough to see so that’s not a huge issue for the price I think this is a very good purchase and i would recommend this mobile to anyone who is looking for a easy to use phone that has larger features a louder volume & a brighter screen then the average easy to use mobile

Good little phone bought for my grandfather he can work it with no problem as it has biggish buttons easy to use.

I purchased this to replace my old damaged phone. As I wear hearing aids I needed plenty of volume, and for this, the new phone well meets my needs. With adjustment I can hear the phone ringing and also hear the person talking - excellent! Sending texts is not so good. The numbers on the key pad are very large making the letters too small to read with ease. I also miss having predictive text more than I expected.In summary, a good phone for making and receiving calls, but texting is tedious.

Instructions didn't fit the phone so took some working out. Once I did had high hopes but not to be. The speed dial didn't work, which is essential for the elderly. Will send back for a refund.

Brought this for my grandma the size of the font is great and buttons are easy for her to see.

Hubby loves this phone....easy to use and nice screen....
