I ordered 3/4 Medium/Large and they were fine I'm 5'8 78 kilos. Looking at the size chart I think they'll be fine for you too. Can't comment on the colur I've only ever bought white and black - hope this is helpful

If you use a suspender belt then the the size 5XL are the best. The hold up stockings choose either the 5XL or 6XL depending on how high up the thigh you wish to wear the stocking.
