I got a few of these for some young men that recently graduated and the response from each of them was amazing. These a good quality and solid. They come very well protected and free of defects.I was even impressed myself.

I'm sure the compass is very nice, but I can't open it. Not sure if the hinge is broken or if I'm missing something very obvious. I would have preferred to write to the company privately, but could not find an email address. I will amend this once I can actually see the compass.I don't want to take a screwdriver to pry it open and ding up the edges. A little help please.Well, no help was provided, but I managed to pry the compass open with only one small scratch. The compass in nice and I have it open on my desk at work as a good motivator and I get a fair amount of positive comments about it. I amend my review to 4 stars. I did not get any response from the company and I had to slightly damage the item to open it.

Engraving was not centered and it was done at a slight angle, enough so that I did not give it as the gift I had intended it for.

Perfect gift for my Grandsons 13th birthday

We bought this for my son's graduation present. He loves it! The little pouch the compass came in is nice touch! Quality is decent. I like the engraving size. And worst case scenario you have a compass to save yourself one day 😀

The smell is veryyyyy bad I tried to wash it a little to help but the stain was washing away other than that it’s pretty cute.
