Racking Solutions Extra Heavy Duty Industrial Garage Racking/Shelving Unit 400KG Per Shelf (1800mm H x 1800mm W x 600mm D)

I bought these to help bring some order to my garage. I'd bought some of this type of shelf a few years ago but those lasted about a year before the shelves started coming apart and the MDF began to warp. I could tell from the sheer weight of the two packages that these arrived in that these were quality. Putting them together was fairly straightforward (all you need, apart from what's in the box, is a rubber mallet). I constructed these in about an hour. Once fully assembled, the shelves felt solid. I'm confident that the chipboard shelf platforms won't lose their shape like the MDF ones I had before. All in all, not cheap but worth it.

Easy to put together by myself. Just patience and a rubber mallet needed. Very sturdy when fully assembled. Used for bales of feed so taking a good weight on each shelf. Had to deduct one star as shelves had been severely flexed at some point - almost to breaking point for two of them. Now the shelves are in position they are ok but had to be handled carefully or risk breaking them. I could have replaced with some spare mdf or plywood but it was annoying.

The racking it self is very sturdy, I've ordered 3, which one of them was delivered damaged, the company that sells them claims I need to send the faulty item back to them at my own expense or they will charge me £150 for picking it up, the whole situation is now been dragged out 2 weeks I am stuck with massive racking that I cannot use and they won't give me my money back.Only purchase this item if you dont mind the hassle you will have when the item arrives damaged.

A really good product. Arrived on time, looks very smart, easy to install and very solid. We had a delivery issue with the first two we ordered (caused by the courier) which the seller resolved very quickly. So impressed and happy we brought another unit!

Despite 2 brackets being slightly bent (I was able to straighten them up) this product seems high quality and good value for money. The shipping was quick and efficient and putting it together was simple and took less than an hour.

Sturdy shelving purchased for garden shed. Arrived but due to illness, I was unable to open packages and erect until last week. Very disappointed to see that the shelving had obviously been erected in the past by someone before it was delivered to me (paint scrapes off during assembly and most of the metal parts of my shelving was "paint scraped" as it came out of packaging). Clearly something amiss with the vendors check on goods returned and re-sold as "NEW....". Nice shelving but would not recommend this vendor.

Robust and solid. Some metal items had small dents and one of the MDF sheets was split. Supplier replaced the sheet with no issues. Both the original package and the replacement package containing the new sheet were battered on delivery. Supplier needs to wrap the package more to protect it.

La superficie del ripiano è: 1795mm x 595mm.E' dotata di quattro robusti ripiani rinforzati (da tre traverse intermedie in lamiera piegata) e ricoperti da un pannello di legno truciolare di 15mm.La struttura (vedere le foto) si monta TOTALMENTE ad incastro: ZERO VITI!!!!Ha anche 4 piedini in gomma per non graffiare il pavimento.Io che non sono un esperto assemblatore ma mi diverto col fai da te lho montata DA SOLO in 15 minuti utilizzando soltanto un martello rivestito in gomma!Arriva in due scatole per un peso totale dichiarato di 80 kg.Sono entusiasta di questa scaffalatura, è bella (gli scatolati in lamiera sono verniciati a polvere di un bel blu ed arancio) e si monta con facilità, FI NAL MEN TE!!!!La consiglio a chiunque, ci sono modelli di diverse misure e prezzi, ma fatta in questo modo è magnifica!Consiglio, per usi particolari o in amienti umidi di valutare la verniciatura dei piani in legno truciolare con una vernice impregnante per donargli una vita più lunga oppure per chi come me la mette in garage/officina di rivestire i piani con uno strato di gomma come si fa per i carrellini degli attrezzi! Yo tuve la mala suerte que vinieron muchas piezas dobladas y las tuve qué enderechar y también faltaban los protectores de la Estantería,lo tenía que haber devuelto pero pesaba muchísimo y lo necesita deprisa

Le gros point négatif de ce produit a été pour moi le nombre d'élément reçus tordus et endommagé (voir photos).C'est dommage car pour le reste cette étagère est excellente. Très bien conçue (à part les pieds plastiques qui cassent car les montants ne sont pas parfaitement d'équerre), les éléments sont costauds.Le montage est simple. Attention, la notice est dans le carton des planches...Un doute subsiste quand à la capacité maximale supportée car l'emballage montre 500 kg par étagères contrairement à la notice qui en indique 400 (voir photos).J'enlève deux étoiles uniquement à cause des éléments reçus endommagés, peut-être lors du transport pour les planches, mais pas pour les parties métalliques tordues.La livraison a été vraiment rapide, 4 jours après la commande du produit.Je suis donc satisfait de ce produit très stable et solide une fois le montage complété. Cette étagère offre une très bonne capacité de rangement et je la recommande.
