Not a cute or "cat lover" type book, just an FYI.
Purchased one for a friend and one for myself. Luckily, mine arrived a day ahead of hers which gave me time to apologize. I mistakenly thought this was going to be a cute, funny book for cat lovers. It is dark and edgy and I couldn't show it to my 6 year old. She would have been afraid the cats would viciously attack Santa. It is funny for adults with a little bit of an edgy humor to it. Definitely not a "cat lover" or family friendly book.

Very funny - especially if you have a cat!
Absolutely hilarious! Very funny take on the night before Christmas. Would give it five stars but the illustrations don’t really match the mood of the story in several places, and look like a child drew them, which is fine, but this could be even funnier with better illustrations. We did all laugh out loud as I read it, from the adults down to the seven yr old, so we recommend this and would buy again or give as a gift.

Funny, Clever take on Christmas for Cat Lovers
Fun, short take on the Night Before Christmas from the family cat's perspective. Got this as a Christmas gift for my aunt. She loves cats and has a lot of coffee table cat related books. I thought this would be a nice addition to her collection.

Cat lovers favorite
Even my kitties cats listen as I read this to my grand child. Love it. Funny. A cat ladies favorite.

Disappointed
Cute & funny, but not worth the price considering how short it is. Pretty disappointed. Definitely not a good value.

Pretty violent - kept it but wouldn’t recommend for children or people who like cats.
