I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment and my master bedroom was at the end of the house which meant that wifi signal was very poor for my room always. I bought this to compensate for it and is using this as a repeater. It has served that purpose pretty well and now wifi signal is lot better than in my room. Also, setting this up was easy once i went through the manual which came with it.

This unit kept losing the connection with my router and I had to manually reboot it to get it to reconnect.This happened a few times.I emailed support and they offered no help other than to reply with a generic email.It was duly returned and replaced with a netgear equivalent that is working flawlessly!

Usually works well. It needs reset about once every week or so and while the signal is easy to pick up, it doesn’t provide nearly as high mb/s as the regular router.

My son took this for his part of the house. It's OK but mostly I think it's our Internet Provider. I need to get on the ball and change providers.

In testing this devise it was noted that programming of the receiver was a major situation. Asking the manufacture for assistance in completing the programming proved to be unresponsive therefore this devise was returned.

Works great-I use it in a room that is farthest from the wi-fi box so I can stream my fire stick movies all day without interruptions.

Not the easiest to set up, but once we figured it out (set up as a repeater) it works great. The areas that the roku/devices would continually drop wifi now have steady signals.
