However, since purchasing my VICUSSE Stainless Steel Mindful Breathing Necklace, I am now a necklace wearer. This necklace is more than a statement piece that matches with everything, it is an exceptionally effective tool to reduce anxiety and stress and regulate the breath! As soon as I got it, I took a deep breath and blew it out through the necklace and felt instant relief and calm - in just one breath! I wear it all day while I work and always use it to take a few deep, intentional breaths before meetings to settle my mind. This product is on the boarder of a scam.Not even worth the time of sending it back so don't even think of getting this stupid piece of metal.

Doesnt help with quitting smoking. The need for a nicotine hit will still be there. It just helps with a substitute of having something in your mouth like as if you’re smoking
