ok, but they don't stay on when it gets windy
The clips fit on the straight PVC parts and the sections with a slight curve. The clips are affordable, but I find a few on the ground if the wind gets strong. However, when I want to get them off, it's a bit tricky to remove. It would be nice to have more of a grip space for my fingers to pry them off. I found the photo of the different clips and corresponding sizes of PVC extremely helpful and the main reason I decided to buy these clips over any others.

Grip too light for poly film
I wanted a light grip but grip on these is so light they are useless for poly film because they go flying when the wind blows. Probably would be fine for netting since netting doesn’t catch the wind much.Update: I later discovered that the sharp edges of the clamps cut holes in my poly film hoop house cover when the wind blows! Dropped rating from 3 start to 1 star based on this fact.

Perfect for pvc pipe tent frame!
My son was having trouble adjusting to sleeping in his own room. We built a pvc pipe tent frame and needed something to hold up the king-size sheet. He wasn't picky on cute doors or windows! These worked perfect for 1/2" pipes. My son also sleeps where his feet should be so that explains the pillow location. We also added electrical foamy (built in adhesion strips) noodles to the foot railings. He stays in tent all night!

An Excellent Value
These clips provide a little less tension than others but that can be a good thing. When you add in the thickness of the material you are capturing, it still isn't too hard to remove these. I haven't had one break or pop off unexpectedly. The photo shows them holding stretch wrap in place on an airbrush station made from PVC.

Works well with one suggestion
Using these clamps on hoop house with aluminum tubing to hold a .55 oz frost blanket cover. The clamps are easy to use and hold fabric tightly to the hoops. The only draw back is that the corners on the end of the clamps are sharp and will put tiny holes in the fabric. I have blunted the pointed corners by running them over a sanding block. The plastic sands easily but wish the manufacturer had made them with rounded corners.

So finding these is a real godsend - so easy to affix tarps
As a frequent camper / festival goer, I've made just about everything out of PVC conduit over the years. So finding these is a real godsend - so easy to affix tarps, shades, or tapestries. Just a few years back I made some small shades for my front porch, laboriously affixing the fabric to a PVC frame with small screws and washers. Replaced the fabric, and used these - super easy, looks good, and easy to tighten things up if needed. I'm a big fan!

We had a tubular frame work for a small green ...
We had a tubular frame work for a small green house but the plastic was torn and unusable. By using these snap clamps we were able to use window plastic on a roll, from a building supply store, to replace the plastic cover. It was easier than putting the original cover on when it was usable. Just buy enough of them, we used 2 packs for our 5.5' X 4' greenhouse.

Easy to use to attach shade cloth to my raised garden beds!
I have pvc pipe on my raised beds and bought shade cloth to cover my cauliflower and broccoli plants. These clips are so easy to use. I can pop them off to check on the plants, then pop them back on. They are sturdy so they’ll last many growing seasons.
